Board exams are here… and so is the immense competition and mental pressure. What makes things worse is the tendency of family members to tell the stressed student to ‘ignore everything else and study’. However, for those students who may already be in a vulnerable state, the exams can be the final straw and in many cases have lead to suicides post exam results. What then can you do as a parent of a young student in this kind of a situation?
